Key Accounts Manager - Enterprise Business

Roles & Responsibilities :
  • We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to generate new leads and manage our B2B function for Printing/Corporate Gifting products.
  • The primary role of the Enterprise Sales Manager is to prospect for new clients by networking, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company. They must develop a rapport with new clients, and provide the support that will continually improve the relationship.
New Business Development
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Shortlist companies and Personas, and aggressively outreach as appropriate within the concerned market/geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meeting potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
Client Retention
-Maintain a high degree of relationship for smooth execution of projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet customer expectations.

Customer Retention Manager
Experience - 4-6yrs

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Own business KPIs on Repeat Shopping, LTV, Cohort and Cost per Purchase.
  • Lead the CRM channels (Email, Whatsapp, Push, SMS, etc.) and drive Engagement and Revenue metrics.
  • Ideate, Experiment and Improve performance across the Customer Lifecycle, with specific interventions across Second Purchase, Loyal Shoppers, and Win-back.
  • Create and maintain a test-and-learn roadmap, run periodic user research studies, and Institutionalize customer intelligence.
  • Develop platform capabilities for onsite detection, prediction and targeting key cohorts through programs, communication strategies and product interventions that deepen engagement and LTV.
  • Able to set up and manage multi-channel marketing tools like Webengage / Clavertap/Netcore
Hub Manager
Experience - 5+yrs
Location - NCR/Hyderabad
Role & Responsibilities :
  • Shift scheduling/planning

  • Strong understanding of the digital printing technologies
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing processes & systems
  • Good working knowledge of XL / Sheets
