Submit files in 300 DPI for sharp prints. Use vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) for foil and Spot UV.
Keep important elements(logos, texts) atleast 3-5mm away from edges to prevent cutting issues.
Avoid thin lines or small text and intricate designs for foiling and Spot UV. Use solid shapes instead of gradients for best results.
Use CMYK for regular printing and Pantone for metallics.
Convert text to outlines and expand strokes in vector designs to prevent printing errors.

What is the minimum size for fine details? - Foiling: Minimum 1mm line thickness and 8-10 pt font size for best results. - Spot UV: Minimum 1mm thickness to ensure clarity and avoid smudging. 6. Does Foiling or Spot UV affect readability? - Spot UV on text should be used with caution, as it may become hard to read depending on lighting. - Foiling is crisp and clear but works best on bold fonts and solid areas rather than fine details. 7.
