- Measure your product and decide on the dimensions of the box, including length, width, and height. - Design according to the flat die-cut template of the box, considering each panel's specific role. - Extend the design 3-5mm (about 1/8 inch) beyond the cut line to avoid unprinted edges. - Keep crucial elements like text and logos at least 5-10mm (about 1/4 inch) inside the cut line. - Design with the understanding that parts of the box will be folded. - Include necessary labeling, such as product details, barcodes, and handling instructions. - Save and submit files in the correct format (e.g., PDF with CMYK colors) for printing.
