Printo - The Company
Printo was founded in late 2005 and is headquartered in Bangalore, India. Our first store was launched in 2006, in Koramangala, Bangalore. Since then, Printo has launched stores in Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad. We intend to dot the Indian landscape with over 250+ Printo stores. Besides our retail stores, Printo reaches out to its customers through an interactive website (www.printo.in) and a corporate marketing team.
Printo has a simple mission: put a smile on the customer's face by making his/her printing experience extremely easy. And the toughest part of our business is exactly that—trying to make print ordering "easy". Hence we've brought together an experienced team of professionals across industry segments, from retail, software, printing and manufacturing.

Manish Sharma Cofounder and CEO
Manish is responsible for the overall financial performance and strategic direction of Printo.
In 1995, he founded India's earliest Internet software services firms – DBSIS which was ranked by IDC as the largest Indian player in the web solution space. Since then, Manish has led market entry and turnaround teams in India, US and the UK. Manish has an MBA from Oxford and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from University of Bombay.
Lalana Zaveri
Cofounder and Director (Operations)
Lalana cofounded Printo and is responsible for overall operations, wearing multiple hats, particularly ensuring delivery and the people process.
Lalana comes from a manufacturing background with handy experience in the digital printing and industry, that includes a stint with Xerox in UK as well as India. She possesses a Bachelors in Life Science from University of Bombay and an MBA from Nottingham University.
Vinay Sharma
Chief Technology Officer
Vinay is responsible for technical operations and also oversees all technology innovation at Printo.
Vinay has 18+ years experience in software development and pre-press technology. Prior to Printo, Vinay was with Impress, one of the oldest digital pre-press firms in India. Vinay has architected some of Printo's core print management and the product delivery systems. He is clearly one of the top technology professionals in the digital print industry worldwide, blending the rare skills of software engineering with digital pre-press.
Vinay has a Bachelors degree from the University of Bombay.
Ivo van de Griend Vice President (Finance)
Ivo worked with GE for over 6 years in various roles involving Financial Audit and Management, in 3 continents and multiple businesses. Post that he was with NIBC Bank and Lehman Brothers (London) as Director - Securitized Products.
Besides the finance function, Ivo is responsible for driving operational efficiencies across Printo, delivering superior value to our customers. He has a Masters in Business Economics (Erasmus University Rotterdam) and an MBA (Oxford).
Sachin Mehta Regional Head (Business Solutions)
Sachin runs Printo's Business Solutions team, which caters to blue chip corporate customers. He and his team focus on delivering print management solutions that helps customers reduce procurement costs and use technology to improve efficiencies and track wastage.
Prior to Printo, Sachin was managing products at ING Vysya Bank and was also Relationship Manager with India Life Hewitt. Sachin has a Bachelor's from Bangalore University and an MBA from TAPMI (Manipal).
